It is obvious that we cannot send a single kilo of coffee to Europe in a cost efficient manner. Even seamail would be too expensive. But as we realize that the coffee itself is the only means to realistically get to know its quality, we offer the possibility once per customer to order a single kilo. We have however figured out that shipping units of 6 kgs are quite feasible, and we therefore offer subscriptions of multibples of 6 kgs. Since green coffee keeps its quality for a very long time it is no problem for a household to stor at once whatever is needed for a period of 1-6 months. The next unit will then be shipped so it arrives just before the previous one has been used up. By shipping direct in reasonable quantities, without importer, wholesaler and retailer, we can offer prices for our premium gourmet quality that are not much different from good supermarket qualities. Nevertheless we consider the good price only a pleasant side effect: The main reason for subscribing to our coffee is its quality and freshness, and the assurance that it will be close to impossible for you to find a comparable quality at all in any store. Considering 3-4 cups per day, one shipping unit lasts for 5-6 months. This varies with coffee strength (normally 6-8 grams of coffe are needed for one cup). Eine Versandeinheit Rohkaffee (6 kg) reicht bei 3-4 Tassen täglich ca. 6 Monate, bei 6-8 Tassen täglich ca. 3 Monate. If you subscribe you will not only get loweer prices, but also you can decide how often you get your regular shipping units (every month, every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months) and you cannot forget to reorder!
