Exclusively for hotels and resorts in Thailand who like to offer something special in their retail outlets such as bakery, delicatessen or souvenir shops, we developed the new and attractive aroma pressure pack for freshly roasted coffee. While roasted coffee develops its aroma gases within 1-2 days after the roasting, traditional packaging methods have either the drawback of preventing the proper aroma development in the first place, or by letting the aroma out of the pack via a so called aroma valve in the foil bag used for packaging. Our packaging does neither: The freshly roasted coffee is packed in airtight glass jars and therefore creates a pure aoma pressure within the jar. There is no better way to preserve the coffee aroma after the roasting. The pressure and an overwhelming aroma will pop out of the jar once it is being opened - similar to champagne.
