Coffee For Catering

Like all our products we offer our top quality organic Arabica coffee custom prepared, packed and labeled: As green raw coffee or roasted, in portion packs as filter coffee, ground or as whole beans, with package and label design according to our customers' requirements.

Apart from the use in F&B outlets and room service, there is a growing tendency to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and in particular luxury hotels and resorts tend to provide filter coffee rather than instant coffee. For hotels who like the idea of filter coffee but not the idea of having to provide special equipment, we can offer the option of sachets similar to tea bags (but larger), in which filter coffee can be brewed similar to tea. More and more top hotels and resorts realize that the marginal extra cost of providing not only complementary tea and coffee making facilities but also top quality products for these facilities pays of with a lasting positive impression of the guest.

If you order our organic Arabica roasted for your hotel, it will be freshly roasted after we receive your order. For use in catering we recommed you only order your weekly requirements at once to make sure you always provide the freshest possible quality to your guests. Obviously for green raw coffee you can order in larger quantities at once as it does not lose its aroma.

If you like to roast your own coffee fresh every day and intend to buy the green raw coffee from us. In case you need a roasting machine we are happy to offer this as well accoring to your requirements. With the smallest one being a small home roaster, which however is not very suitable for hotels, the most expensive one being a state of the art professional computerized roaster with 1.5 kg capacity per roasting session (see picture on the left), and the largest one being a professional gas heated roaster with 7 kg capacity per batch (made on request), we can provide the right roaster for any requirement of small and medium size end users.

The degree of roasting is individually adjustable between mild light brown and nearly black espresso roast. Please note that during the roasting process green coffee loses some 15-20% of its weight and at the same time adds some 100% to its volume. Please note that our gourmet roasting process takes about 20-30 minutes time, while industrial roasting is done within 1-2 minutes - in more than double the temperature we use for the most careful development of the coffee's aroma potential.
