- Freshly roasted coffee starts losing its aroma right after developing its peak about one day after being roasted. A week
later it has already lost half, even if packed airtight. Green coffee however keeps its aroma potential for some two years, even
without airtight packaging!
- Roasting is easy with our home coffee roaster: One turn of the button and the rest is done automatically within a few minutes.
Roast what you need whenever you need it, according to your own preference. Between light brown and nearly black roast you you
can find out for yourself how you like your coffee best. Even by mixing a light roast and a darker one you can create interesting
new variations.
- Of course you can use any other household roaster for our coffee if you happen to have one already or if you like to buy one different from ours. Especially all models available in the USA & Canada are suitable - if in doubt about a particular model you can ask us.
